I wish to submit this complaint for your kind attention and necessary action. The details of the issue are provided below in a structured format for quick review and resolution.

Description of the Issue

I wish to bring to your kind attention the severe waterlogging that has been occurring on the main road in Sector 14 for the past three monsoon seasons. The drain cover near the junction of Main Road and Cross Road 5 has been broken since June 2024 and has not been repaired despite multiple verbal complaints to the local ward office.

The waterlogging causes extreme inconvenience to daily commuters, poses a serious health risk due to mosquito breeding, and has led to at least two road accidents involving two-wheelers in the past month alone.

Expected Outcome / Action Requested
I respectfully request an immediate investigation into this matter and prompt corrective action. A written acknowledgement and response is expected within 15 working days. Failure to respond may necessitate escalation to higher authorities and/or consumer/civil forums as applicable.
